Andy Newman - Managing Partner

Leading our team of management professionals and artisan builders, Andy brings almost a decade of experience in the construction industry managing projects totaling over $200 million in value and 2.5 million square feet. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga & The University of Arizona, Andy holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics & a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. Andy has studied under and is now proud to continue the legacy of Trish Neal and Kent Brown and their combined 60+ years of artisan custom home building in North Alabama.

Outside of work you can find him spending time with his #1 support team, his Wife Mary Morgan and their growing family. They enjoy all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, boating, and chasing their young boy around.
